Disaster Relief and Recovery

While no mission is "typical", we coordinate medical and compassionate care flights regularly. However, in times of natural and man-made disasters, we also answer the call. When disaster strikes, it turns everyday life upside down! People are in desperate need after a major event disrupts their lives.  Pilots for Christ helps in both disaster relief (short term for food, water, etc.) and recovery (longer term to rebuild and reestablish normal life) to victims of these disasters.
Hurricane Dorian

We responded to cries for help from the victims of hurricane Dorian, delivering hope to the people on the island of Grand Bahama, the Bahamas. Pilots for Christ delivered several tons of critical supplies all through the aid of our incredible volunteer pilots, volunteers and generous donors. We coordinated with other missionary groups such as Air Hope of Operation Renewed Hope and local pastors to distribute the supplies so we knew where and to whom they were going!
